1. IT Infrastructure Manager

Qualifications

IT Infra Manager position is responsible for the company’s IT infrastructure including but not limited to server management, virtualization Infrastructure including VMware ESXi and Hyper-V, SAN, NAS, backup, network infra (WAN, LAN), as well as monitoring. The position requires the system administrator will be responsible for the highest levels of up-time possible and respond to system alerts and issues quickly, ensuring that operating systems, equipment, and user environments are at production levels at all times.

 - At least 10 years of experience in system, network and IT infrastructure

- Experience in Planning, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting various systems.

- Strong knowledge with VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V and/or container orchestration systems such as Docker, Kubernetes.

- Extensive experience with Windows Server 2012,2016,2019 and Linux (CentOS / Ubuntu)

- Experience with Dell PowerEdge Servers and iDRAC

- Proficient with SAN(EMC), Synology NAS, 

- Ability to troubleshoot at an advanced and high level of end-to-end virtualized environments.

- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Azure, Microsoft 365, AutoPilot.

- Experience in backup & disaster recovery 

- A working knowledge of Data Center operational practices and procedures

- Strong networking skills such as fiber, ISP, VPN, UTM, switches, and general experience in Cisco and Meraki network infrastructure

- Strong Communication skills both verbal and written.

- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.

- Knowledge of change management process.

- Maintain and develop documentation.

- Monitor systems and respond to alerts quickly.

- Experience in Managing an IT Team

- Other duties and tasks as assigned by upper manager.

Additionally, the role involves managing inventory, encompassing company hardware such as PCs, laptops, printers, and software licenses, to ensure seamless operations and resource availability. This position requires strong technical expertise in SAP B1, excellent communication skills, and adeptness in inventory management, alongside a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to meeting organizational objectives.
