IT Infra Manager position is responsible for the company’s IT infrastructure including but not limited to server management, virtualization Infrastructure including VMware ESXi and Hyper-V, SAN, NAS, backup, network infra (WAN, LAN), as well as monitoring. The position requires the system administrator will be responsible for the highest levels of up-time possible and respond to system alerts and issues quickly, ensuring that operating systems, equipment, and user environments are at production levels at all times.

 - At least 10 years of experience in system, network and IT infrastructure

- Experience in Planning, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting various systems.

- Strong knowledge with VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V and/or container orchestration systems such as Docker, Kubernetes.

- Extensive experience with Windows Server 2012,2016,2019 and Linux (CentOS / Ubuntu)

- Experience with Dell PowerEdge Servers and iDRAC

- Proficient with SAN(EMC), Synology NAS, 

- Ability to troubleshoot at an advanced and high level of end-to-end virtualized environments.

- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Azure, Microsoft 365, AutoPilot.

- Experience in backup & disaster recovery 

- A working knowledge of Data Center operational practices and procedures

- Strong networking skills such as fiber, ISP, VPN, UTM, switches, and general experience in Cisco and Meraki network infrastructure

- Strong Communication skills both verbal and written.

- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.

- Knowledge of change management process.

- Maintain and develop documentation.

- Monitor systems and respond to alerts quickly.

- Experience in Managing an IT Team

As an IT Specialist, you will build upon your foundational experience as an entry-level IT Analyst to take on more advanced responsibilities in supporting the organization's IT infrastructure and operations. Your role will encompass a broader scope of technical tasks and strategic initiatives, contributing to the continued efficiency and effectiveness of the IT department. 

 -  Provide expert troubleshooting for complex software and hardware issues, ensuring swift resolution. 

-  Manage server, network, and security tasks to maintain optimal system performance and reliability. 

-  Lead or contribute to IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. 

-  Collaborate with senior management to develop IT strategies aligned with organizational goals. 

-  Oversee IT inventory records to optimize resource allocation and ensure accuracy. 

-  Guide junior IT staff to foster their professional development and growth. 

-  Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure quality service delivery. 

-  Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. 

-  Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation within the IT department. 

 - 3 - 5 years of IT-related experience.

 - Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or an equivalent combination of education experiences.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, with a strong understanding of IT systems and networks. 

- Experience with systems administration, including server management and network configuration. 

-  Project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate IT projects from conception to completion.

- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.

-  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

- Bilingual in English and Korean Preferred.

The SAP Help Desk position entails overseeing the SAP B1 program for Seoul Trading USA Co., Lemond Food Toronto, and Seoul Trading Inc. in Seattle, addressing daily user queries and technical issues promptly, and ensuring efficient resolution while maintaining a high level of user satisfaction. Responsibilities include analyzing user needs, providing comprehensive support, and reporting outcomes to upper management. 

Additionally, the role involves managing inventory, encompassing company hardware such as PCs, laptops, printers, and software licenses, to ensure seamless operations and resource availability. This position requires strong technical expertise in SAP B1, excellent communication skills, and adeptness in inventory management, alongside a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to meeting organizational objectives. 

- Ensure proper SAP license allocation, user authorization, and data ownership. 

- Assess user requirements across departments and branches, presenting findings to upper management.

- Tailor menu and functions to individual user needs, enhancing usability.

- Modify or add documents per user or management requests.

- Regularly update troubleshooting resources for user support.

- Travel occasionally (10% of workload) to support operations in Seattle and Toronto.

- Assist senior management with meeting logistics and tasks as required.
